Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To start the return process, please contact us at contact@snelia.com. The items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags and packaging still intact. We are unable to accept returns after the 30-day period.

How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact us at contact@snelia.com with your order details and reason for the return to get approval first, as items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions. Be sure to pack the item securely to avoid any damage during return shipping. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 days. There are no restocking fees.
Exchanges
